ART PENG is a dynamic theatre to tell the stories of Tai Kok Tsui.  Stories from locals, transients, shop owners have been collected to inspire light art that features on the 4 sides of the structure.  Inside the pavilion, gallery walls allow for playful curation of art and installations, while an open space provides space for lectures, workshops, and an optional public garden.  Seating is provided through HDPE lightweight benches that double as pedestals, that can be easily arranged and moved to the outer plaza to facilitate different scales of events.  A raised, flat ground is erected with a map of Tai Kok Tsui, with QR codes that correspond to an online gallery of stories and locations.
